The World Bakery Cup is the world's largest competition for bread artists which brings, all the 2 years, the best teams in the world in Bakery.

Toavina Rainibelahatra de Havila School, champion of Madagascar bakery will proudly represent the colors of Madagascar during this prestigious competition which will be held the 21 to the 24 January 2024 in Paris. She will be accompanied by six other bakers for this event of which she will be the team captain..

Toky Rama Andriatsitohaimanantena, the general director of his establishment competed in the artistic piece category, the toughest test of the tournament. Toavina Rainibelahatra, It, will be competing in the pastries category while the baguette and world breads category will see the participation of Billy Rakotomamonjy, production director at ProPain.

Madagascar will take up the challenge by facing the other eleven finalist countries, dont l’Germany, Chili, China, South Korea, Côte d'Ivoire, the France, and Ghana, Greece, Japan, Morocco and Mexico. “We have made a lot of preparations, knowing that we are the smallest team among the participating countries. This is why we dedicate eight hours a day to training. Toavina Rainibelahatra, a graduate of the Havila School, will have the honor of leading the Malagasy team”, highlights Chef Toky Andriantsitohaimanantena.
