Terms of Sales

  • deposit of 30% on the entire stay for the confirmation of the reservation,
  • Cancelation 24 hours before arrival : 50% the amount of the full stay will be charged,
  • Cancellation on the day of arrival : 75 % the amount of the full stay will be charged,
  • Cancellation during the stay : 100% the amount of the full stay will be charged,
  • In case of no show : the total amount of the full stay will be charged,
  • Deposits are not refundable. But they can be carried over to the customer's account for their next stay, in the event of cancellation of more than 72 hours in advance, with a justified reason.

For end of year periods (between the 17 December of the year “N” and the 06 January of the year “n+1”), we cannot accept only stays of at least one week.
