As every Friday night, Coco Lodge offers a gourmet dinner by the pool, under the stars.

It is an opportunity to discover the cuisine of coconut Lodge, French cuisine where fresh Mahajanga products are put in the spotlight (fatty liver, Carpaccio, seafood, squid, fish, ZeBu, …) ; not to mention our new Lebanese map !
Our chef was trained in Antananarivo at the eastern Lebanese restaurant which reported us all the spices of the Lebanon, essential to this superb cuisine very scented without being “spicy” (hoummous, fattouche, mutabbal, tabouleh, Falafel, Kamat, shawarma, baklawa, …)
