Air Madagascar and Tsaradia will continue to operate with Madagascar Airlines

Air Madagascar and Tsaradia will now continue to operate with Madagascar Airlines. Therefore, all contracts concluded in the name of the two companies will be transferred to Madagascar Airlines.

Air Madagascar and Tsaradia will continue to operate with Madagascar Airlines

As part of the business lease management agreement concluded between Air Madagascar, Tsaradia and Madagascar Airlines, they have resumed all of their activities. Indeed, all the contracts of the two companies will be transferred to the name of the company Madagascar Airlines.

As a result, all the rights and obligations of Air Madagascar and Tsaradia will be transferred in full to Madagascar Airlines. This including their successive endorsements.

Rappel

After 60 years of existence, Air Madagascar became “Madagascar Airlines”.

Air Madagascar also carried out a rebranding and took the name of Madagascar Airlines. It is , resulting from the merger of Air Madagascar and Tsaradia.

It is a third name in the history of the company which, when it was created in 1961 was called Madair before becoming Air Madagascar, en 1962.

Reminder, the Air Madagascar company has been officially under judicial protection since 14 October 2021.
