Success, prosperity and national cohesion, it is in these words that Andry Rajoelina, President of the Malagasy Republic, concluded his speech of presentation of wishes to the nation on the occasion of the New Year. "Make 2023 a year of victory and enterprise”, is the stated objective.
In his speech, he also called for stability and political appeasement. “The development of Madagascar cannot be achieved without political appeasement (…)", Does he say.
On his way, the head of state also appeals to all those responsible, elected or appointed, to do their job, their mission correctly and uprightly. “If everyone takes their responsibilities, at his level, it will be easy to develop the country”, he supports.

Looking back on the past year, at the very beginning of his speech, Andry Rajoelina recognizes, Furthermore, that 2022 has been a difficult year and 2023 a year of victory and enterprise.

The President listed the road projects completed or in progress and those which will begin such as those of the RN44, la RN13, la RN5A, or the RN34. He also announced that the repair of the RN2, the RN4 and the RN7 is “imperative”.
Highlighting that one hundred and nineteen industries have been created over the past four years, the tenant of Iavoloha also defends its industrial policy, the aim of which is to produce locally what the population needs on a daily basis.

"We have done a lot, but it must be recognized that much remains to be done. All problems in the country must have solutions”, says Andry Rajoelina.
