For this month of December 2025, the title of Collaborator of the Month returns to Thierry Victor. He is our Sous Chef, right arm of the Chef and true pillar of our kitchen brigade. 👨‍🍳👏

And as good things always come back... Thierry had already won this distinction in 2022. Suffice to say that it is not a coincidence !

Diligent, organized, creative, attentive to the smallest detail and always ready to lend a helping hand (or a stroke of a spatula 🍳), Thierry ticks all the boxes.
He works seriously, but also with passion and good humor. And this is felt as much in the kitchen as on the plates.

Leader naturel, he knows how to guide the team, transmit your know-how and stay on course even during the busiest services. Results : a kitchen that runs well, regular dishes and delighted customers.

Brief, yes Thierry, everyone noticed your work…and not just because it always smells good when you’re in the kitchen 😄

RAFARALAHIMHANTA Thierry Victor is one of those who often work in the shadows, but whose talent shines in every service.
Inasmuch as Sous Chef of the Gourmet Restaurant, he actively participates in the creation and preparation of dishes. What makes our restaurant famous.

Mastered flavors, careful dishes and exemplary consistency : Thierry is one of those who transforms every meal into a beautiful culinary experience.
