The African Development Bank plans to finance the Antananarivo - Tamasina motorway. This axis is key to the Malagasy economy. This infrastructure aims to streamline transport between the capital and the main port of the country. It will facilitate trade and movements. A special BAD mission will be sent to Madagascar to launch discussions on this strategic project.
