Mariette Andrianjaka, institution in Madagascar, national pride, multi-titled to his genius and know-how the Malagasy Sakafo makes us the honour to sponsor the first edition of the Mada Sakafo Festival, first festival entirely dedicated to culture and culinary arts of the country.

Mada Sakafo Festival is a first. Events to promote our respective culinary arts will be offered to the Malagasy people and the many tourists present the 11 and 12 December this year in Antananarivo. Malagasy event par excellence, This first culinary festival wants to highlight the culture of each region : sharing and exchanging; promotion of regional specialties, gathering of talents of 22 regions and the malagasy know-how.

A bunch of Heads
Founded by Mourad Bebbouche and run in tandem with Nathalie Fargeaud, Mada Sakafo Festival is the Festival of the promotion of the Malagasy culinary know-how, but specialists from foreign culinary arts will also be.
