Thursday 19 March 2015, 1500 dinners will be offered in restaurants and embassies of 150 countries follows on the 5 continents, in order to celebrate French cuisine by inviting the public to share a "french dinner».
In each restaurant participating, the event will pay tribute to a living kitchen, open and innovative, While remaining faithful to its values : sharing, pleasure, of eating well and the planet.

Leaders will offer a menu "à la française" in their establishments with an aperitif of French tradition, a cold Starter, a hot appetizer, a fish or crustacean, a meat or poultry, a french cheese (or a selection), a chocolate dessert, a french liqueur and wines, While remaining free to highlight their own culinary tradition/culture.
Accessible to all cuisine, the bistro at the exception tables, made from fresh seasonal products of the local soil, with less fat, sugars, salt and protein. The price of the menu is at the discretion of the restaurant and everyone is encouraged to donate 5% sales to a local NGO working for respect for health and the environment.
