Entrepreneurship is the Act of creating wealth and/or l ’ employment by the creation or resumption of a business.
So it's an entrepreneur, a person who engages in an effort to turn these ideas and innovations in economic goods. This can result in new organizations or perhaps the revitalization of certain sectors of the organizations in response to a perceived opportunity.
Several events are organized to celebrate global entrepreneurship week. They aim to educate young people to undertake. "We organize the big business bus project to Antananarivo and Antsirabe universities this week.. Need to prepare youth for the entrepreneurial spirit., says Dasari Reginald, Big Business Bus, JCI Iarivo project manager. In this framework, Young African Leader Initiative (YALI) organising an event for sharing and speednetworking for young people. "Our goal is to guide young people to create a business not to not. They have the opportunity to discuss with contractors of their obstacles and successes. ", explains Nirina Arivony Elsa, the head of YALI.
These two associations invite business leaders to share their life of young entrepreneurs.
"Our stakeholders are women entrepreneurs to honor the theme of this edition., who is "place youth and Malagasy women". They are very active areas which are respectively hotels, fashion and events., says Dasari Reginald. YALI chose twelve business leaders to share the experience with youth. "These entrepreneurs are from various important business sectors such as tourism., communication and energy. We choose these entrepreneurs because they are in different activities, and that most of them are young people", Adds Nirina Arivony Elsa.
Entrepreneurship is a challenge for youth.
"The main obstacle to entrepreneurship for young people in Madagascar is the lack of funding. But we will prove in this sharing of experience that it takes the initiative to overcome this problem., says YALI.
For the JCI, It is only the Malagasy culture that prevents the development of the entrepreneurial spirit among young people. "According to our study of young University leavers, they still tend to work in a company or be a civil servant. This is why we will instill the spirit of entrepreneurship to young scholars', says Dasari Reginald. During the week of entrepreneurship of 13 to the 22 November, Eleven associations will participate in the event. «We decide to approach young people rather than wait until they come to us», completes the Big Business Bus Project Director.
