This Non Governmental Organisation working to support people with facial infirmity or a cleft lip operations. Each year, It organizes missions of surgery for people with this disease. For this purpose, a mission of this NGO Operation Smile has been made of the 15 to the 26 September 2016 to the Reference Regional Hospital Center of the town of Antsirabe.
