1/ I understand my desire. For this, I take a book and I am reflecting on the week that just ended. There, I class all the choices I made, Depending on whether it's choice to meet my basic needs (eat, sleep,…), taken out of spite / obligation, for do not choose, or to achieve the positive result that I wanted. And there, PAF ! I noticed in fact, my choices are often “suffered” and not really selected. Ouch Ouch Ouch. But phew we breathe : In fact, This is nifty, because finally you see things as they are and can therefore resume the hand on our choices and our life. No, but !
2/ I become aware of my way of talking and thinking. Many of us multiply the twists in “I have to” rather than “I want”/”I want”/”I choose”. A detail ? Not at all, car These phrases show in fact that is more that it is / selects. Except that we, We want to remain the master of our lives ! Then now, We swapped the “I have to” and “It is necessary to” by “I choose”.
3/ I attack my blockages. Facing a situation that we cannot take, one wonders what should give up, what it would gain by abandoning then put all on an imaginary scale : is what I there would gain more by taking this decision or did I lose ? Weigh the alternatives allow better to anchor itself with what it really wants to, What is good for us and boost our motivation. Banzai!
