A charter against coronavirus at Coco Lodge Majunga

Dear Customers,

Your safety and that of our employees are very important to us. The hoteliers of the FHORM (Federation of the Hoteliers Restaurateurs de Madagascar), of which the ★★★ Coco Lodge Majunga Hotel is of course part, commit themselves and sign this Charter.

Each hotelier is committed, depending on the specifics of its establishment, to guarantee you security measures. This Charter is likely to evolve according to the recommendations and legal obligations imposed by the Government.

Our five commitments :

1. Strengthen the hygiene of our establishments

We reinforced the cleaning, aeration and disinfection in the rooms, at the reception, in the common areas, …

Where far as possible, we are meeting a period of vacancy 24 hours between two occupations depending on hotel availability.

We implement and comply with the obligations and guidelines imposed by the Government on health protocol.

2. Protect yourself during your stays

We make available to you disinfectant products in common areas (hydro-alcoholic gel, Wipes, disinfectant gel, …)

In waiting areas, we put in place displays and ground markings to Maintain safe distances between customers.

At the reception, we put a device to maintain a safe distance (mask of reception staff, …)

3. Reorganize our catering solutions

We offer our breakfasts and any other meals in the room or take away and possibly in the dining room with the appropriate measures., depending on the evolution of the regulatory obligations imposed by the Government.

4. Protecting our employees

Our employees have the personal protective equipment and cleaning products specifically adapted for Covid-19 disinfection.

We have trained our teams in the use of products and proceduresenhanced hygiene.

Indeed at Coco Lodge Majunga, we have equipped our maids with ethanol-based air purifier and BIO essential oils to disinfect the ambient air. (ravintsara, niaouli, mint, propolis, …), while bringing a pleasant fragrance to fight bad odors.

To limit access to the room, and in case of long stays, we will not do "re-ing" (make the bed, fold or change towels, …). We will provide you with linen and hospitality products on request.

5. Limiting the spread of the Covid-19 virus

A Covid-19 referent has been appointed, in each establishment, to ensure the implementation of good practices and hygiene procedures.

We respect the gestures barriers and we impose them on you, but also to our employees and service providers.

Then, we reduce the risk of contamination by promoting credit card payments, removing all necessary items in the room and reception.

We apply the current recommendations in case of suspected contagion to Covid-19.

And we isolate and direct to a doctor, any employee with fever and/or other symptoms of covid-19.
