Summer College of Notariat in Mahajanga

The first Notariat University was held in Mahajanga 12 to the 15 last November. The purpose of the training workshop was "The notary at the service of the company".

A great first in Madagascar and especially in Mahajanga because it is the first time that the Chamber of Notaries chooses Madagascar to organize its Summer University with the aim of training notaries. The profession of notary is little known and considered in Madagascar, despite its importance. There are seventy-three notaries across the country, still a very small number.

It is with this in mind that the training workshop and the presentation of the notariat corps were organised 13 to the 15 November, on the initiative of the National Chamber of Notaries in Madagascar, chaired by Rija Razanadrakoto. This is a great first in the annals of this body.
