Reminder, the ★★★ Coco Lodge Majunga Hotel was created in 1998. En 2002, the hotel changed hands and the 03 June 2013, Eric PETITJEAN bought the hotel from Evelyne CAMILLERI and immediately decided to open the Gourmand Coco Lodge Majunga Restaurant. To make this new restaurant known, a cabaret dinner is organized every Friday with musical entertainment.

We never missed a Friday !

A cabaret dinner which is therefore always in place 11 ½ years later. This with always new animations (shows dance, fashion shows, shows, …).

Therefore, the Coco Lodge restaurant strives to offer cuisine that meets standards. Varied and quality cuisine, with emphasis on continuing education :

In February 2014, the boss was leaving 10 days in training to be trained in Lebanese cuisine in the restaurantOriental in Ivandry Antananarivo.

In may 2016, celebrity chef Nicolas Milliot came 4 days at the gourmet restaurant Coco Lodge Majunga. The objective of his visit was for intense training with the kitchen team.
For the end of year celebrations in 2019, it was Didier Denamur who came 15 days at the Coco Lodge Majunga restaurant to further perfect the training of our team in the kitchen. And also to train our bar team in the magic of cocktails. (Didier Denamur is not only an excellent cook, it is also a renowned bar tender. He trained at the famous Hemingway Bar at Closerie des Lilas in Paris 6th).

January 1st 2023, the Hotel ★★★ Gourmet restaurant Coco Lodge Majunga has taken over the Thi Lan bakery. This with all the bakery equipment, including, the oven, the mess, all bakery accessories and the baker. We therefore make our own breads and pastries. This is for the greatest happiness of all our customers. It should be noted here that Coco Lodge Majunga makes bread every day for Leader Price under a contract that already existed with Thi Lan.
