Madagascar strengthens its links with Air India

New air partnership with Air India

Madagascar opens to a new air partnership with Air India to connect the Big Island to the rest of the world. During the India Madagascar Trade Investment Promotion Event event, The Minister of Transport and Meteorology expressed the country's interest in the Indian airline. He stressed that the “Sky Malagasy is open” and that Madagascar is ready to accommodate Air India. This with the aim of strengthening exchanges between the two nations. This collaboration aims to stimulate tourism and commercial opportunities. This while supporting the ambitious objective of a million tourists in 2028 thanks to Indian expertise in the sector.

Indian water : A lever for the Malagasy economy

During the event, Madagascar entrepreneurs have had the opportunity to meet representatives of the Confederation of Indian Industry. This meeting was to promote trade between India and Madagascar. Organized in collaboration with EDBM and the Ministry of Industrialization, This event has created a strategic platform to explore new business opportunities. The federation of Madagascar Chambers of Commerce and Industry highlighted the importance of this event. This by strengthening economic ties and promoting bilateral investments. This initiative marks a key step in the consolidation of commercial relations and the diversification of economic partnerships between Madagascar and India.
