Acquisition of essential parts for the reliability of Madagascar Airlines

En 2024, Madagascar Airlines has decided to strengthen its fleet by acquiring two engines and a rescue landing train. This acquisition is part of an overall upgrading plan of its equipment. The objective is to compensate for the frequent technical breakdowns which affected the punctuality of flights. Motors and landing gear are essential for the safety and regularity of air operations. They will allow the company to reduce the risk of delays and cancellations due to mechanical failures. This investment testifies to Madagascar Airlines' commitment to offer a more reliable and effective service.

Stock of parts to better manage technical breakdowns for Madagascar Airlines

By July 2025, Madagascar Airlines plans to add a stock of equipment, of spare parts and tools worth approximately 8 $ million. This stock will allow the company to better manage current technical breakdowns. This is a recurring challenge for many airlines. Thanks to this initiative, Madagascar Airlines will be able to solve mechanical problems more quickly on its aircraft. This will guarantee a reduction in immobilization times and better availability of devices, while strengthening competitiveness and customer experience.
