The new charter of Madagascar Airlines

In order to support its recovery as part of its Phoenix plan 2030, Madagascar Airlines has implemented a new charter.

Employment policy, safety standards, communication or even internal or external interactions at the level of Madagascar Airlines will now have to comply with this new charter that the company has just put in place.

The General Director of Madagascar Airlines as well as the members of the Management Committee (It is raised) of the company were the first to have signed this charter.

No one can deviate from it since the rules of professional conduct as well as the strict standards of behavior and professional ethics contained in this charter apply to all of its staff.

Indeed, all company employees, whether it is the pilots, flight attendants, ground staff, executives or members of management, will for their part be made aware of and trained in the standards of conduct contained in this code.

Adherence to the code will now be a mandatory condition of employment for company staff.. Actually, disciplinary measures will be taken in the event of non-compliance with these standards.

New charter for quality service

For Madagascar Airlines, the implementation of this code of conduct and ethics must “protect the interests of the company and ensure the well-being of its staff". It will also contribute to “deliver quality service and promote a culture of excellence for the benefit of its customers and partners”, underlines yesterday’s company press release 22 May 2024.

Brief, the company is convinced that the implementation of this ethical code will help strengthen its reputation as a reliable and trusted airline.
