Madagascar created a sensation by taking the scalp of Ghana (2-1) this Sunday in group C in Constantine.

- Thursday 19 January to 17 hours, Madagascar should have faced Morocco in Constantine. Morocco, recent finalist of the last World Cup in Qatar last January, but Morocco being forfeited, the Bareas will have plenty of time to focus on their future opponent Sudan.
- Monday 23 January to 20 hours, it will be Sudan in Oran
Reminder, the 18 country participating in this competition, including the Barea of Madagascar, were split into five groups.
The competition schedule with the quarter-finals taking place on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 January, semi-finals on Tuesday 31 January, the small final on Friday 03 February and finally the final on Saturday 04 February.
Fingers crossed for the Barea of Madagascar who are off to a very good start in this competition.
