Football : Fosa Juniors are in the final of the Pro League 2023

After the second leg of the semi-finals against Ajesaia last Sunday in Mahajanga, Fosa Juniors secured their ticket to the Pro League final. Send Fox !

For information, Fosa Juniors FC is a Malagasy football club, founded in 2016, member of Ligue BOENY. The club is based in Mahajanga, northwest of Madagascar, in the region of Boeny. Fosa juniors FC goes to the final of the fourth edition of the Madagascar Orange Pro League championship. The team signed a double victory against the vice-champion team of the last edition.

Actually, the team dominated the game. The opportunities are linked. Vévé opened the scoring in the 30th minute of the game. Then, Dax scored the second goal, a well-placed free kick into the top corner (68e) following a hand from Adrien in the box. And, the third was scored by Fely.

Who will be his opponent ?

Fosa Juniors still has to wait until tomorrow to know their opponent for this final. AS Fanalamanga and the Armed Forces Omnisports Club (Cosfa) must go through a support game after the goalless draw last Saturday. The two formations left on the same score in Toamasina.

As stated in the new regulations, that in the event of a tie in the two matches, the two teams will play a third support match this Wednesday 28 June at the Mahitsy stadium. And, if in case of parity, both clubs go straight to the penalty shootout.

Brief, Fosa Juniors FC will face the winner between Cosfa and AS Fanalamanga in the final on 9 July 2023.
