Ethiopian Airlines opens sixth weekly flight on Addis Ababa route – Antananarivo from 21 December 2022. Therefore, the company will operate in all 9 weekly flights from Addis Ababa to Madagascar.

Ethiopian Airlines : 09 weekly flights to Madagascar

The Ethiopian company has resumed service on the Big Island after two years of suspension due to health crisis and border closures. It resumed service to Madagascar in April with two frequencies per week on the line to Antananarivo then it increased to five flights per week from 15 May 2022.

After information relayed by the National Tourist Office of Madagascar, the company plans a sixth flight per week from 21 December 2022. It will thus offer Addis Ababa-Antananarivo flights every day except Mondays. The company provides all 09 weekly flights to Madagascar with the 03 flights per week on the Addis Ababa service – Nosy Be.

• Turkish Airlines on the Istanbul – Tana line with 1 flight per week,
• And as for Air Austral, the company will provide 7 weekly flights to Reunion-Tana. And 4 flights per week on the Reunion – Nosy-Be line, 2 weekly flights to Reunion-Toamasina. The company also provides 2 weekly flights to Reunion-Antsiranana. And one flight per week on the Reunion – Toliara or Tolagnaro line.
