In the clear, the service is aimed at victims of email account or social network hacking, an ad scam (fake buyer / fake seller).

It could still be fake rentals, online blackmail, romance scam, fake sales site...

Madagascar : The first specialized division against cybercrime

The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) is now essential.

The Malagasy authorities have put in place a legal framework against cybercrime with thehe first specialized division against cybercrime within the Malagasy national police, which was inaugurated on 22 February 2022.
