Who is Fabrice ?

HERICO Fabrice is one of the cooks at the Hôtel Restaurant Gourmand Coco Lodge Majunga. He joined us in January 2021 working as an extra at the beginning and we recruited him on an indefinite contract since July 2021. He is among the ones behind these delicious dishes from Coco Lodge Majunga. Congratulations Fabrice for your exceptional work. Congratulations to the kitchen team, they all won this title. Congratulations to all , you deserve it.
