Qui est Arlex ?

RANDRIAMANANA Arlex est l’un des piliers de la cuisine du Restaurant Gourmand Coco Lodge Majunga. Un vrai passionné. C’est le premier garçon qui remporte le titre d’employé du mois.

A 43 years, il possède une solide et longue expérience et il sait mieux que quiconque laisser le goût des aliments parler. Vous pouvez venir déguster ses spécialités comme l’Osso Bucco, le bœuf stroganoff, les pizzas, le bibimbap (plat traditionnel coréen), …Il a bien la créativité.

Arlex a travaillé avec les plus grands sur Mahajanga et à Antananarivo et a rejoint Coco Lodge en juillet 2021.
