The 1ER January 2023, the Hotel * Restaurant gourmand coconut Lodge Majunga started its bakery activities. Indeed, Mr Hery RAJOHARISON, owner of restaurant and bakery Thi Lan, was looking for a buyer for his bakery, following the family's departure for Antananarivo. And it was quite natural that the handover took place between Eric PETITJEAN owner-manager of Coco Lodge*** Majunga and Hery RAJOHARISON owner-manager of Thi Lan.

Coco Lodge*** Mahajanga has reopened Thi Lan Bakery with all the bakery equipment, including, the oven, the dough mixer and all the bakery accessories and recruited the baker from the Thi Lan bakery.
Added to this of course are all the technical sheets for each category of bread and pastries. (traditional chopsticks, special cereal breads, pains complet, croissants, chocolate bread, …)

For Coco Lodge*** Majunga, it’s an opportunity to be completely independent in making your own bread and pastries. Actually, it is for the greatest happiness of all its customers, residents or passing through the restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Mid-January, Coco Lodge*** Majunga has recruited a 2th boulanger. We also brought in a specialist from Antananarivo to check all the materials and put critical parts in stock just in case..
Every night at Coco Lodge*** Majunga, from 23 hours, our 2 bakers are in the oven and in the mill for the greatest happiness of us all.
