Currently Air France serves the big island with four flights per week. This frequency will change to 5 flights per week from next summer, especially for the month of June, July and August 2023. The company will put its new Airbus A into service 350-900 for this.

Madagascar : Free visa for stays of 15 days or less

Now, for stays of 15 days or less, passengers to Madagascar no longer have to pay the visa fee. However, a fee of 10 euros for border control formalities remains to be paid.

Actually, foreigners coming to Madagascar for a period of 15 days or less will only have to pay 10 EUR Instead of 35 euros to obtain their residence visa.

The Ministry of Tourism communicated on its page that “If the visa remains compulsory and can be requested on arrival, the cost becomes reduced”. Until now, the costs to be paid for shorter short stays were 35 EUR, an amount that remains due for stays of more than 15 days. For stays of one to three months, the cost of the visa on arrival is 40 EUR.
