Air Austral will resume all its regional lines and will strengthen its long-haul network. Indeed, the company unveils its flight program for the next IATA winter season 2022-2023, who runs from 30 October 2022 to the 25 March 2023.
Reunion Flight Program – Madagascar
Currently, the Air Austral company has a total of seven service points to and from Madagascar. Outside Toliara and Tolagnaro, the company also serves Antananarivo with a daily flight. Its planes also land in Nosy Be up to four times a week.. And in Toamasina twice a week, in Antsiranana once a week and Réunion – Majunga with 3 weekly frequencies via Mayotte operated by Ewa Air.

The first flight operated by the airline Air Austral since the announcement of the resumption of service to Reunion – Fort Dauphin – Toliara landed at Toliara Airport this Monday 10 October 2022 with on board 76 passengers.
Remember that the company offers a weekly frequency every Monday. Flights are operated by Airbus A220-300

Good news, a daily flight between Reunion and Paris will be scheduled and there will be up to seven weekly flights between Mayotte and Paris.
Regarding its regional network, Air Austral plans to resume its flights to Rodrigues Island from 2 November 2022, at a weekly frequency offered every Wednesday, operated using an ATR72600.
It also provides, with the agreement of its reference shareholder SEMATRA, the resumption of its Pierrefonds flights- Mauritius from 2 November 2022, by reason of 2 frequencies per week every Wednesday and Saturday. Air Austral is also maintaining its flight schedule to Asia., by offering up to two weekly frequencies from Reunion Island to Chennai in India and Bangkok in Thailand.
Air Austral will thus have available for the winter season 2022-2023, again of a complete network of 17 destinations in the Indian Ocean.
Nevertheless, this flight program is subject to change and remains subject to obtaining the required government authorizations.
